I have a couple of questions about the site.



2 When I first started researching RDs I saw a video with radar Roy where he said he did not review or promote V1s. Why is that?

3 There seems like a lot of reasons on this site to get posts deleted or even banned from the site. Any one know why? Or, is it just to try to keep everyone in check?

I absolutlly love the site and have gained a great deal of knowledge here. I would recomend this site to anyone who drives.

As for #2, you'll have to ask Roy. But my guess would be because Radarbusters (of whom he was the sole proprietor a few years ago) didn't sell the V1.

not only has Roy reviewed the V1 but I believe he owns one as well, not for sure which model, but yeah kpatz is right you might want to ask him directly what he thinks of it or why he never promoted it originally (I don't want to speak for him)

as for the third question... all forums have rules, the reason why post have been deleted or members banned is simple, they choose to break those rules

I would say all those banned or that had posts removed failed to read the rules before posting, or read and failed to comply.

I guess I didnt read the rules of other forums. They may be the same. Not a big deal. I have never been banned and never been deleted before this post.

I feel like a leach on this site right now. Hopefully I will be able to contrubute some usefull info someday.

As for Roys video that said he didnt promote or review V1s, I dont know how old it was. But it was the reason I went with the 9500ix.

After reading this site I have purchased a V1 and love it on the open road, but, opt for the 9500 in town.
