Default Is it even worth it

my truck looks like this. My question is, Is it even worth getting a jammer, or is my truck too bright and big to ever be protected ?

Blinder M40 or LPP dual will give you enough time to slow down

I've heard you guys say that a crome grill will make a good target for a laser to reflect from but due to my grill being red will that make a difference ?

^ That looks like "chrome" "behind" your grill, though - between the outer border of the grill and the Dodge "cross" shape.

Look at Roy's Cannonball 2005 article:

    http://www.radarbusters.com/support/...-detectors.asp

The sponsored Team Catalyst's vehicle, a Dodge Magnum, shares the same type of grill configuration as your truck.

They VEIL'ed the chrome cross-trim.... Look at my past posts, I requested a picture of VEIL'ed chrome trim, and a more experienced Forum member was able to provide a picture for me.

It doesn't look great, but apparently, it gets the job done.

I am in the process of deciding what to do with my grill trim (I have a vehicle that's much different from yours, but I carry a significant amount of chrome on my grill) - whether to VEIL it and suffer the "dirty" look, or to refinish it with a non-reflective paint; or, alternatively, to purchase an aftermarket grill with a non-reflective finish.
