Normally I respect the services of my admins when they move a message off line, but in respect to you and other users of this forum, I am making it public and also responding to you in public.

No, I am not an attorney, judge and/or jury. My hard working administrators and I try the best to keep a public message board operational, without getting sued.

Allot of the decisions I make, based upon the legal advise of experts, are done to keep my family fed and a roof over my head. Sometimes choices are hard and distasteful, but I am not going to lose everything, because of a select few who decided to break the law and not respect the patents of other manufactures.

When the S&6$ hit the fan earlier last week and I saw legal advise, I was told that the safest thing to do is just ban any references to products that were questionable all together. In retrospect this was a bad decision. Since I have spoken to affected parties and others that have way more experience in this area and have revised my perspective.

Therefore I am now allowing open discussion on your product(s) and other laser jammers by members of this forum. However where I draw the line is the moment that you solicit a member of this forum to purchase one of your products, either publicly or in a private message.

If you feel that your product(s) do not infringe on any US Patent holders, then I invite you and/or attorney to provide me with this information in private. I will then re-evaluate my stance.

I wish you and your family the very best over this holiday season.
