Well, this is a strange situation. There is a reference to a Hungarian company (Infotechna Kft.) but it is an internet-provider and there isn't any word nor reference about this kind of electronics on Infotechna's homepage.
Otherwise the base reference is pointed to an American company (Laser Defender LLC, 06854 Danbury, CT).

It seems to me a fake AntiLaser but AL guys could tell us really whether this company is a reseller or not.

It is fake product, not an ANTILASER. Be aware! The Antilaser is the original team, they have experiance. (more than 5 years ago in laserjammer theme.)
