Laser in Arizona - Roy?

With the advent of laser in Arizona, I'm wondering how the police are trained to use it considering the fact that we do not have front plates here? Do they aim at a headlight instead? Or the center section of the front bumper? This would definitely affect the placement of jammer transponders - it would seem useless to have one covering the front plate area if they are not aiming there. Does anyone have input on how LEOs use laser in non-front-plate states?

If you don´t have plates they´ll aim for the headlights.

I think that roy said that theyw ill shot center mass, then immediatly pan out to the headlights.

Thanks - sounds like 2 jammer transponders at far ends of the grill is the best bet.
