Default Laser save now i got to get a jammer...

Just had a very nice laser save with my 9500I (maybe just a bit of luck).
Now that my local LEO's are using laser I really need a Jammer.

I want the LI but I also want proven dependability so I was thinking the new 9500ci or LPP?
I research the best priced unit that’s good then end up buying a top self unit usualy.
I drive mostly in CT & NY so I want a Jammer that works for my area. What would be the cheapest and what would be the best?

Just trying to narrow down my choices.

    P.S.
I can get Escort products for cost so I may lean this way if it’s an option. ZR4?

The 9500ci hasn't been proven reliable either

    ^ +1.

I'd rule-out the ZR4, also based on the criteria that it simply hasn't proven *anything,* yet. And unless you're willing to wait at least a few months (whether or not Escort will be able to bring this product to-market in time to make the next GOL test is a question in and of itself) to see some performance testing (and perhaps then take it on blind faith that it will be dependable/reliable/durable?), I wouldn't entertain thoughts of this product at all.

I'd similarly rule-out the Blinder M45/43/25 based on performance concerns (too much conflicting evidence, from too many trusted sources), as well as the fact that it has not yet been on-market long enough to establish a true track-record with respect to durability/reliability. Yes, you can draw inferences from the M40/30/20 units, but I wouldn't be willing to rely on such.

So, what are we left with?

"Proven reliability" -> ZR3 (including the defunct Bel counterpart) or the defunct Blinder M40/30/20.

"Proven reliability with proven performance" -> LPP or AL

    "Holds promise of best-performance (semi-proven)" -> LI (unknown long-term durability/reliability).

Ok so LPP & AL sound good. I already know the donation amount on the LI, what ball park would the others be in? I don’t know much about the AL.

im guesing i will get 2 heads from any of the above units.

Might be off topic but not really..

States that do NOT have laws against lidar jammers. But yet you jam the gun, is that enough probable cause or reasonable suspesion to pull the car over anyways?

Say, my car has 5% tint, that is enough cause to pull me over without doing anything wrong. So, say im driving on the free way, and i JTG and he hits me 3 times all times, last time i turn it off so he can get a reading. Wont he be the least suspeious about it, and give him enough cause to pull me over?

Has anyone had this happen to them. Maybe its different where you live but im from Detroit, we have a little different rules out here regardless what the book says. Maybe anyone from the area can tell me their experience.

Well a LEO can just pull you over when ever he feels like it, he can just make something up. Not that most do this.
I guess your question is if you JTG him will you get a ticket? Unless it’s illegal he can’t give you a ticket but he can bust your balls.

Use a standard Lidar gun and then you will understand why your question or worries are minor.

Last time I checked, AL 2 head was priced about a Sony PSP higher than the 2 head LI.

Now the real question, which is the easiest to use & install?

Features are also big for me, quiet and eas of use. I like a stealthy install and to be able to mute any alerts if I want. It sounds like the LI communicates pretty well.

I think I narrowed it down to LPP & LI.

    thanks.
