LaserPro 905/ Escort Shifter ZR3

I've recently considered the LaserPro 905 because I own a BEL X65 and the capability to hook-up to it, as I read by SML the jamming capability is around 86% overall average compared to Blinder's astounding 92%, the price for the LaserPro 905 and Escort Shifters are about $300 (<$400 if installed as well). I don't find this a bad deal. I know the lenses aren't replaceable and it isn't #1 on the list, but anything that can jam enough to give me time to slow down is fine. Would it be worth the investment since Blinder's product is at least $350 for only front laser jamming, not including installation (whereas Escort and BELs would cost me about $400 for front, rear protection and profesional installation.) Any suggestions?? Thank you in advance guys...

Wait for the test results by the Guys of Lidar to come out before you make any purchase. SML can't be trusted for obvious reasons listed all over this board and I'm not just talking about Blinder. If you're going to get a blinder at least wait for the prototype.

I've heard from many of you to wait for GoL's reviews, and although I would like a jammer as soon as possible (while making the best decision) I do support the GoL and I will wait for the results. I know the testing was done around the 28th, so it's going to take a bit to finalize things, but I hope its worth the wait...

If i were you i would get a Lidatek dual head or single head it you have a small car. The member onthis forum all have Blinders or Lidatek. Although Lidatek units are more they are small remarkable units. Easy to install with the supplied double sided exterior mounting tape. Position right and you will have great protection. Plus for $199 you can get an extra head when you save up more money and plug it into the single head unit. I would recomend the Blinder m20 but i would wait till they fix their stealth problem to be fixed. There is a proto type that the guys of lidar tested this past week. It was said to have been even better than their blinder unit m20 that is out now. Also it jammed The Stealthmode of the Laser Atlantic.

Make sure when you order your lidatek from Roy that it's the latest revision number with the stealth mode fix. Don't forget to ask for your forum member discount :wink:

I have a 93 honda accord to be exact, VEILed headlights, lasershield plate (and VEILed) and the front chrome is VEILed along with my front turn signals. Its a small sleek vehicle so two jammers in front should be close to JTG, below is a picture of the vehicle (WHEN IT DID NOT HAVE THE VEIL BTW) and the red lines are the estimates where I planned on placing the jammers...

in 4 years my bel laserpro 904 has protected me 100 percent with no tickets and it has rear protection. Forget the 6 percent the testing says, escort and bel laser defenses are in my opinion better, easy to use and reasonable priced and it works great jamming all lasers in the usa. i too have a bel 995 and thinking of upgrading to the laserpro 905 so i can interfase it with the 995 but well see, theres nothing wrong with my 904 so why waste money?? make sure it is level to the road or will not work. Check it every so often with a small level which bel gives you and use this laser veil along with the laserpro 905 and your percentage goes from 86% to nearly 100% depending on how close you are, etc. hope this helps

I have a Bel Laserpro 905 (same as ZR3) being used in conjunction with a V995 and it has saved me 100% of the time from laser tickets.

The gun used here are in my part of Australia is the LTI 20/20 Ultralyte 100.

I have jammed this gun with both my front AND rear jammer (contrary to what anyone on this forum will believe!! [And yes he may have been aiming directly at my licence plate, but it has alerted me, and blocked the signal for long enough for me to slow down])

Depending on the final price, I will choose between the AL6 or LaserPro 905. Both seem to be great, and convincing according to the GOL review. So I guess Ill go for either one within my price budget
