    Default CFL #8, suggestions wanted

Yea, it's that right, it's that time again

For starters, here's what we're dealing with:

    Jammers:
    AL- G8 and G9
    Aegis- Taiwanese LED jammer
    Blinder M25- J16
Conqueror M35 - Another Taiwanese LED jammer
CY-988 - Another Taiwanese LED jammer
LI - 7.06 Tru Speed version
LPP - single head pre-100 PPS fix as well as a dual head 8.3
    PASS - 4 head possible
    Zr4

These are the guns that are available:
    LA - Normal and Stealth
    Tru Speed
    UL 125 PPS
    PLIII
    Pro Lite
    Stalker

So far, we have planned doing an LED testing day. The Aegis, CY-988, Conqueror, M25, and Zr4 will be tested on the test vehicle, which will be the white Expedition you guys are used to seeing. Because of the adjustable polarized lens of the UL and Tru Speed, we'll do those runs in IR. For the rest, we'll do normal. We'll also shoot the LPP 8.3, since we haven't shot that yet.

Now, for the suggestions part. After we're done with the actual test, and assuming we have time, what are some things that you guys want to see (within reason )?

We're shooting for Sunday the 9th, though we may have to push it back because of schedules. It'll take place here in Orlando.

    +1.

    On your large-ass'ed SUV

    M45 (four-head) J16 -versus- dual-LI 7.06

I'd like to see both setups OPTIMIZED, and then run particularly against the ProLaser II and the TruSpeed. These two should highlight any potential problems with either of the jammers, and finally put this debate to-rest.

Please start-out at *extreme* ranges (>2000 ft., if-possible), and go all the way "to-gun." I've got a feeling that at such large distances, the Blinder setup will not be valid, and that as we close to-gun, it will again have problems.

But if y'all had the time, I'd also like to see the same, versus the full gauntlet of LIDARs at-hand - for I've got a feeling that even if the M45 trumped the dual-head LI in the above two, given the larger selection of weapons, the LI will take the "overall" win, instead.

No VEIL or other passive protective measures, please.

Please test the rear zr4 head w/the front heads on the front of the vehicle. for some reason I still believe it helps... and im really curious to find out.

Sounds great I would like to see the M-45 tested on an a truck or SUV.
The M-25 was designed for cars only.
    Just asking a question:
Will other reps be invited or only LI??

    Woo, lot's of replies.

We'll see what we can do about getting 2 additional heads to make the M25 an M45.

Part of the reason we wanted to make this an LED jammer test only (except for the LPP 8.3, which we haven't tested yet) was so you could the differences between "equally" matched jammers, mainly, the 2 head Zr4 vs. the 2 head M25 system.

But, as I said, we'll try to get 2 additional heads so we can make a more suited direct comparison between the M45 and the LI.

As for the Zr4 rear head in the front, we'll try to do that as well, since I haven't installed it yet.

Anyone can come, if they so wish. Just have to PM us for the directions. The more people, the better. The only other "rep" that I've met is Hardy, and he knows he can come when he wants.

    Get a Laser *

The only one that seems to have been tested is the one we did at the last GOL.
