Nice job on describing the testing methodoloy, test course, and compiling the results. I agree that Veil should be used to compliment any jammer setup.![]()
Nice Job!
TNX :-)
once again, phisics can not be ignored, and once again, thing twice when deciding where to putt your jammer heads (regardless of type and model of your jammer).
Personaly i am happy with results, knowning the conditions, BUT it can always be better...
Sounds like a great event. I am really bummed that I missed it and meeting y'all.
I especially would have liked to have seen the Veil. I bought some of the new Veil for my 335 but since all PMoth could get was JTG's and at the time it was brand new I decided I didn't really need it and decided not to a chance at messing it up and applying it as I do have a laser shield for my front plate.
Are there going to be any results posted for the one that cannot be mentioned?
I still haven't installed my (single) rear head which I was thinking of mounting by the license plate. Based on the tests of the rears of similar BMW's I am now concerned that one will not be enough. Other than in tests, has anyone taken one in the rear here in New England?
Thanks for posting the results! I can tell you I will be getting veil airbrushed onto my Corvette headlights, fogs, taillights, and possibly the rear plate after seeing it on the Audi, you can hardly notice it! It looks like it certainly works.
I'm also considering putting the SRX front heads on the back of the car and getting a dual LI for the front. We will see!
I'm pretty happy with the SRX laser performance but there is a lot of room for improvement.
Also one thing that was noticed is that the passenger side front head was not pointing perfectly forward, I'm sure this may have effected the results a bit.Although they were level!
