There have been members pulled over for JAMMING TO THE GUN in real world situation.

If you operate your jammer properly by slowing down to posted speed limit and turning off the jammer to let the cop get a speed reading on you, you will be fine.

To those not so new, about a month a go a user who drives a f150 with a blinder JTG'd the cop at the speed limit in TX and he was pulled over for it.

The moral of the story is NEVER JTG!!!

I wonder if there is a way to set a timer, so it only jams for a maximum of 5 seconds while the buzzers is going off? (Scaring the crap out of you while you slow down)

Timed jamming is nothing new - many of today's jammers utilize such functions (yesteryear's laser-diode equipped jammers also used timed jamming, but that was for preservation of the diode).

However, again, this is not a "time" game - it's one of distance.

At with an encounter distance of 1500 ft., at 80 MPH, 3 seconds is a lot different than 3 seconds, at 45 MPH, with the initial hit coming at 400 ft.

Just relying on the timer will have you nearly blowing straight past the enforcer in some close-encounter events.

In Cali, it's a Class1A Infraction. I recently got a Class1A Infraction for having modified tail lights(Veil) and it totalled something like $127 and no points, so no big deal. The problem you might run into if you get caught jamming a cop is that he gets pissed off and writes you for misdemeanor interference or something like that. Now technically, that shouldn't stick, but good luck walking into a courtroom and telling the judge you have a device installed on your car that doesn't allow a LEO's laser gun to get your speed reading, but somehow doesn't interfere with their duties. I mean, it's not a pretty case to try to make.

^ Bro, you and some of the rest of us are well past misdemeanor territory, and well into felony territory.

JTG = Jam To Gun. As in jamming non-stop until you pass the cop so he can't get a reading at all. A bad thing to do especially where jammers are illegal.
If I'm passing you on the right, YOU are in the wrong lane!

If speed kills, how come I'm still alive?
