Escort Laser Shifter ZR3!! I need your help!!!

Hey everyone!

I am new here and am wondering if anyone owns one of these?? My main question is do these really really work?? Also how ahrd are they to install? I put some information about the model im looking at below! any info you have that you can share with me would be awesome and is much appreciated! thankyou in advance!

Well they do work...The effectiveness though varies on the car you plan to put the Escort zr3's on and if your state requires a front licence plate

Hey, I have a 2008 dodge charger.. it is a light silver color and I live in FL and we do not have front licence plates

eh' thats a big car to cover with just the older Zr3.

If you are willing to put VEIL on the headlights you could be confident in being save a ticket using that setup.

Though I would recommend since the rear jammer head with the Escort zr3 is ineffective at protecting the rear of the car from laser I would suggest you move it up front so in a sense you will have three jammer heads up front

hmm interesting.. what exacly do you mean by VEIL on the headlights? also why is it ineffective at protecting the rear??? IS there another model you would recommend? I was jsut looking at that one because its a very reasonable price..

you need more than Zr3s on that big car. I'd say LI an plus your in FL I'm sure Cliff will help you test it...

sorry I dont know what you mean by this.. what is LI and who is Cliff lol?? sorry i know I sound stupid but i have never had one of these things before.. I want to make sure my car is protected but didnt wanna spend more than $500.. even though im sure the good ones cost alot more..

The LI is another jammer, though this one is out of your range. Where in FL are you?

A 3 head setup like the one Volvorob suggested is probably as good as it's going to get. How much are you getting the ZR3 for? It'd have to be pretty cheap, considering it's a bit outdated.

Well, Check out GOL's website and you'll see what LI is.

LI is a diode type jammer, it's a top of the line jammer like AL/LPP.
and Cliff is the USA dealer for LI. Most of the tests are done by the Florida group.
