I'd install it yourself. 3M double sided tape (found in the auto/bodywork section of Walmart, Autozone, Advanced, etc) is your friend. Just make sure the heads are level, and pointing straight with the road.

ok so when you guys say "level" does that mean exacly straight forward with the car??.. or should it be angled down kinda like where the headlights aim??

Level to the road. You can toe them out slightly but not up or down. You may need to shim it if you can't get it spot on. Frankly I've never understood why this is such a big issue since the car is bouncing around when your driving anyways, but apparently it is.

hmm ya i do find that weird myself.. so is ther a way of telling if its angeled right or not?? i dont wanna go speeding thinking its mounted right, but then find out its not lol

One of the nicest jammer installs I've ever seen was on a Dodge Charger but as usual my search for the link pulled up nothing. This guy actually had the grill modified so the jammer heads set inside the cross sections. Very stealthy and a very clear shot of the road.

One of you whizkids find that post. It was an Orange Dodge Charger RT.
