Completely agree , even the most stealthed plane has the Rcs of
    a large bird .

Then comes the active technology to cover up the leftover.

The still in the lab products are biological absorbers ...

Or a Veil RAM (radar absorbent material)?
All the site says, that they tried making a RAM, but said it wouldn't work.
(yes, I'm aware that shape of the vehicle matters just as much as the RAM, but any bit helps..)
The stealth bomber isn't even stealth anymore. It can be seen by a modern radar system.

Let's get back to the topic of RAM. Too much politics here..

Veil, what was the material like you've been playing with?

Was it a foil, or was it a liquid?

    Tell us more about it.

I love to dream about future technology.

Well, you cover your car with RF EchoSorb like they use on the walls of anechoic chambers for testing radar signatures of aircraft. You would be totally invisible (to radar anyway. It would be hard to miss visually.) It'd seriously screw up the aerodynamics of your lambo but on the flip side, you're car would look wicked-cool. Like a rolling torture chamber turned inside-out.
