VA, NC, MD: Anyone want to meet up and do some testing?

Hey, I live in the southeastern peninsula of VA and was wondering if some people would like to meet up at specific location & date and do some testing?

As It being illegal in VA, do any of you have any ideas on where we could hold this? Like on some private property or mabey in another state... Any Ideas?

I was hoping we could do at the least any of the following:
-Performance Testing
-Radar
-Lidar
-Actual State Road Testing
-False Alert Testing
-Etc.
-....

I could be up for something like that, not in VA though. There's a few decent spots in MD, near DC that would work.

yeah something like that could work out, where in VA do you live. (General Idea, ex. Center or Richmond or Southeastern peninsula, etc.) So I can think up some more places we could go too.
