According to Kpatz's original post there is no mention of X band in Illinois or Wisonsin other than traffic density monitoring. Any thoughts on whether or not it is entirely safe to turn X off in the two above-mentioned states?

I just saw two LEOs in Natick MA shooting laser. It looked to be Laser Atlanta but I'm not 100% sure. This is the third time I've seen a non statie LEO shooting laser in the metro-west area of the state.
