I posted about this last month. Funny you mention this, I logged on to tell everyone I had this identical situation happen this weekend that I did last time. My 9500ix has caught him with enough time to drop to PSL both times, but if your hauling you better slam on the brakes because that Ka signal comes out of NOWHERE fast. That picture above looks about right, it's a good tactic, I am sure he picks off cars all day long at that point, anything less than a belscort/valentine will get owned there. It seems this is a pretty regular thing, next time I drive by I will add this as a known enforcement point to trapster and try to maybe get some video.

ok so i drive this area every morning to go to work.. i take a small bridge over hardy toll road.. every morning i see that same leo have a customer pulled over on the heading south side of hardy... but today.. i am becoming paranoid and thinking that the same leo lurks the forum .. he switched over to the onramp of crosstimbers heading south again.. but it was weird because the leo was facing the barrier .. ha ha ha here is my crappy artwork

not sure if he was running radar or pointing lidar down the highway .. if he was that means rear shot!!

point is .. i wouldnt doubt it if all he did was sneak up on people from behind

OK. Sorry, after re-reading your post and looking at the pic again I see you are saying he was parked sideways. That is really weird. Radar would be pretty useless at that angle.

I saw HPD driving a patrol car around in a field underneath the start of the HTR from 610. Just driving across a field. I was like wtf? lol
