Yea I'm pretty sure the ones in PA, since they're on mobile Construction/Amber Alert signs, are not part of any traffic survey thing.

The very first time I used my V1 (just a couple months ago) I made a trip through Dayton (I-675) from Springfield down to Cincinnati. I thought the V1 going off every other minute was normal and almost sent it back that very same day. Glad I found out what was making it so chatty. :o
My wife thought it was quite humorous though and she sure let me know about it with smart little comments the whole trip; "nice investment sweetheart" :rolleyes: :haha:

Very common in CA for a long time now, unfortunately more garbage to filter out.
