WOW! Part two was very embarassing for the HPD. Uncertified equipment and LEO's. The Pct. that they covered in the begining of part II issued over 4 million dollars in speeding violations by patrol alone (if you do the math). Imagine what the cameras are raking in. Next segment is Sunday at 10.

Hehe, good ole Phil Camus. I've went against his Pct. 5 Constables many times. No threat intended but the deputy lady with the Ultralyte is going to get run over some day if she keeps stepping out into the middle of the road to pull speeders over...

As far as I'm concerned, reporter Wayne Dolcefino is a freaking hero for doing this whole report. It's a real shame that a news reporter though had to do all the whistle blowing to make everything right. Just goes to show that there's corruption in Houston area traffic enforcement and that the chief deputies/police chiefs don't really care as long as the revenue is flowing in
