Default Which colours/paints hardest for radars to pick up.

Just checking ,are black fairings hardest for a radar for radars to lock onto?
Are there any paints which make locking on harder.
I know about Veil for headlights and motor bike windscreens ,but can it be used all over the fairing without making it look different?
Are any waxes available which reduce the signiture of a sport/touring bike fairing?

Paint color won't do anything against radar, only laser.
There used to be a wax sold, but it was tested and it didn't do too much:

Well are there any other coatings which work against either radars or lazers? I,m not expecting it to make it totaly invisible to either ,but even a modest improvement might help if it doesnt cost huge amaounts. This will be to use on top of a good detector and Veil on plates ,lights etc.
Will Veil help if it is painted onto motorbike front suspension or even fairings to help?

probably not that much. darker colors are more "laser un-friendly", meaning darker colors are harder to get a reading off of, but not always by that much of a difference, so unless your whole front end is white and chrome i wouldn't worry about applying it to everything. the headlight is the biggest "reflector" on the front.

it is also possible for them to shoot at the helmet and get a reading, so a dark helmet could help.

that and depending on your budget and if you run into a lot of laser, you may want to consider a jammer for the best defense against laser.

Like the Professor said, there's not much to help against radar, besides a good detector.
