Australia-Speeder and DUI at 237 km/h

This guy pulled a trifecta:

1. Doing 237 km/h through a random checkpoint (142 mph).
2. Have a blood alcohol level of .154 (3rd DUI for him)
3. Having 5 passengers (including a 1 year old).

Amazingly, he only got six months jail, and a 5 year license suspension. If this was Texas, he'd probably be on death row.
