I'd think its more dangerous for the officer too to pull off in an unlit area.

He has better chances of survival and of getting help in a public, lit area too if need be.

Unmarked cars are BS for traffic work. I don't stop for them and I've only had one try and chase me down. However, I don't dawdle around town either. I make myself very scarce for a few days.

Come on if a person wanted to look like a cop they would. Also if you don't get pulled over often by an unmarked car you would never know whats real and what isn't right? Thus being the reason they go unmarked so people don't know they are a cop?

I think that the woman has a winable lawsuit. Come on -- driving only 1/2 mile to a well lit area is not resisting fleeing from a cop. Regardless of whether or not she didn't know the cop was real, it has been commonly taught in the new that if you don't feel safe at night then to drive to the nearest well lit area.

Several years ago an Alabama State Patrol officer was arrested after, finally, a woman came forward and charged him with rape. Then a bunch of woman came forward and filed rape charges against the officer too. Turned out that the officer falsely pulled over dozens of women at night and then raped all of them.

ive seen this senerio on a tv show about stuff like this bad cops or somthing she sued and won her case it was just like this one.
