well that explains all the LEO's and all ISP stangs I saw with customers on my trip back from OH. they were out in force around Indy on 70 and 65.

don't know, when I went by I got nothing, everyone I saw was with a customer.

I did get hit with CO Ka on Thursday 7/23 from a fully marked black ISP crown vic on 65 south in down town Indy going around a curve he was sitting against the wall on the left shoulder.

but the return trip no radar/laser at all from the stangs but like I said they all had customers.

If you click on the link you can watch the video and they have some shots inside the Mustangs with the cop, and the radar unit says HLD which means they are using instant-on. Not positive what band they where using, they have been moving to 35.5.
