    this really ticks me off.

When installed last September, the City of Pueblo was hoping that the red light cameras would make at least two intersections in town safer to drive through.
"It's been reported that were not collecting the revenue that we projected so we need to make sure we've got a handle on that," explained Pacheco.
so which is it you can't have both. it can either be about safety or money. if they truly wanted to make the road safer by reducing red light violations with the presence of the cameras they would not expect to make money.

if the cameras worked as they wish for safety, in the beginning they would collect some fines but they would drop as drivers became away of the safety devices. but they don't care about the safety and rather the revenue they can collect.

I'm just glad so far this town is not making a dime. maybe they will eventually give up on the program.

LOL instead of spending all that money installing cameras they should have spent it to pave their DIRT roads
