Total Eclipse vs. Laser Shield

Total eclipse says it blocks photo radar and laser. The laser shield justs blocks laser. Now from what I've read the laser shielf does work. But does the total eclipse actually work too. Its got an extra layer thingy over the number part of the cover.

I am not really sure what Total Eclipse is... but as for Laser Shield... it does not 'block' laser, it simply disperses it when the LEO hits your LP... which makes it slightly harder for the LEO to get a reading.
