Default Short changed? Blackberry and Trapster

I see it as being very unfair when it comes to the mobile version of Trapster for Blackberry's. The only extra traps excluding the computer version is live police, mobile speed camera and checkpoint. What ever happened to constructions zones? I can't even post THAT on the desktop version and I can put up those when I've seen them... Also, I feel like the iPhone is the only phone getting all the special attention to with a lot more different traps that can be posted up.

    Hi Solidjake,

Thanks for the feedback! We usually update the iPhone version first because, that is what more than half of our users own. We will test out new features there and then depending on the feedback, we will bring them to the other platforms. We are not deliberately ignoring other platforms. Right now the iPhone version is the only version that has the road hazards, but look for this to change in the future. Please feel free to visit our support forum to post up any suggestions or ideas. Thanks,

    Sean

I have to agree with Solid on this. It is extremely unfair and really cuts down on my situational awareness as far as LEO threats. The blackberry, android, and palm pre platforms all should be equal with the iphone as quickly as possible. I know its a free service, but its gotten to the point that this is something i would pay for.

It's the iPhone preference, and the lack of usability, that go along way toward my eliminating Trapster use from my phone. I just use the maps online and the GPS; so I get nothing live from Trapster and report days to weeks later the hiding spots, if at all.

It's gotten better with the last update I did, but it's still shy of the iPhone's abilities from two years ago. I still think this is largely due to the fact of the microsoft map and inabilty to mark with just the trackball. And it's still 50/50 of if it rack my movement or stays in a fixed location.
