    Default Windows 7 drivers?

I am considering getting a GPS mirror, I looked at the system requirments on the cheetah website and windows 7 is not listed as a supported OS. Sometimes the technical section is out of date so I thought I'd ask, does anyone here do updates to their mirror using windows 7?

Don't have a mirror but Windows 7 supports the Vista and XP driver models, for the most part, especially Vista.

I believe you are correct, but the reason why I asked was that for some reason, for a good long time the Cobra software for the gps worked on vista but not 7. Hopefully this will not be the case with Cheetah. I also heard that the mirrors are being discontinued. I better get one while i can.

If Vista is listed by Cheetah the drivers will work for 7. When I upgraded my Dell laptop from XP to 7 Dell has you download the Vista drivers along with other companies.

I'm using windows 7 Home Premium Edition that was installed on a formatted (empty) hard drive. The Cheetah software works just fine on Windows 7 with no problems.

Thanks for the info guys, I'm planning on placing an order when I get home. Red Light cameras will be popping up all over FL and I want to have this ability to know where red light cameras are without giving away the fact that I use speed countermeasures should I get pulled over. This mirror will suit my needs perfectly. I just have to figure out how to hide the power cord.
