TraffiVision R (with Python II radar)

One question regarding this system. It is equipted with MPH Python II radar. I can't find any manual regarding this system and it is popular here in Croatia...
Does someone have any more details regarding Python II radar?

I don't have a manual on the Python, but I will tell you officers who use the python hate it. The range is terrible!

They don't need big range. TraffiVision R is a system, like Vascar, with Python II radar inside of the car. Look at http://www.robot.de/english/traffivision.php

That was the first page I have opened.
Any more info, like instant on, pop, band (I think it's K+Ka), exact freq. 24.15 and 33.8? Some details if you know...
