"Aggressive driver imaging in use"

So I was driving clockwise on the beltway today (thought I'd drop in and buy GW a nice latte, have a chat about Syria...you know how it is) and I saw a sign that caught my interest. It said "AGGRESSIVE DRIVER IMAGING IN USE." Is that just a euphamism for photo radar or do they have some kind of different, possibly even useful technology for targeting aggressive drivers?

Incidentally there were cops everywhere on my trip from BWI into southern MD. Truly unbelieveable. This state is nuts!

Probably just means photo radar. "Aggressive driving" is probably just a less-loaded euphemism for speeding.

The Washington Post article says Virginia does not have seperate law for Aggressive Driving but I beg to differ.
