They don't work.. They never worked
i tested whem with a real photo radar. pos.. dont work at all and likely never did. also there are special filters for photo radars which will still make the licence plate visible even if it it too shiny and picture is overexposed for any reason. so even if they did work they would still not
yep! don't work I have a can of it, I sell it to you cheap real cheap. Just joking and I know that you not suppose to do that here but it sounded funny.

The trick is to treat the the letters-numbers only. , since the background is retroreflective. the goal is to
have photo-equivalence on all the plate. , even so it is not always perfect , sophisticated software can still
decyphire the information ....
here it is illegal to put anything on the plate. ....not even a transparent plastic - nothing.
