Can't open bottle...

We bought some Veil a few months ago. Today it is warm enough to apply it but the only problem is that the bottle won't unscrew :( We have tried everything imaginable. I'm afraid that if we use any more force to try to open it up that the bottle will shatter. Is this normal or is there a trick to opening the bottle? :o

LOL :) Soaking the lid in hot water worked. Jar must have been siting around in the warehouse a while :D

I must say: Mine was a PITA too... the last thing I wanted to do was start 'wrenching' on it and have it go all Exxon Valdez on me.

Yep, I had visions of the Veil ending up all over the ground and the cracked pieces of the bottle in my hand like shrap metal :eek: :D

Yeah, we had one guy last year who spilled Veil on his garage floor. It created a black hole that sucked him and his car into the earth's core. He ain't been heard from since.

SS, I was able to crawl back out. I had to get back just to irritate you. :D The best part is, my garage floor is JTFG!!!

Cloaked Milan, They canned me!!! They gave me a job in customer service and I kept telling people to get a V1.
