Can't open bottle...

We bought some Veil a few months ago. Today it is warm enough to apply it but the only problem is that the bottle won't unscrew We have tried everything imaginable. I'm afraid that if we use any more force to try to open it up that the bottle will shatter. Is this normal or is there a trick to opening the bottle?

LOL Soaking the lid in hot water worked. Jar must have been siting around in the warehouse a while

Yep, I had visions of the Veil ending up all over the ground and the cracked pieces of the bottle in my hand like shrap metal

Yeah, we had one guy last year who spilled Veil on his garage floor. It created a black hole that sucked him and his car into the earth's core. He ain't been heard from since.
