Crackling in speaker

I have a Whistler CR90 and the speaker was crackling and the sound was barely there. I opened it up and the wire board on the speaker had come off the speaker. Looks like it is not repairable. How can this happen to 9 month old unit. Its not even a year old. The car sits in the garage most of the time.
Any specs on this speaker? Is it 1w 16 ohms or .5w 16 ohms.


UPDATE: I have purchased new speaker from ALiExpres. It works great only paid 4.80 including shipping and got 2 speakers. The manufacturer wanted 30.00 for 1 speaker.
