Thats right folks, cobra found another way to attract the uneducated public when it comes to radar detectors. They will be making a new radar detector that detects 26 different radar bands and 9 different laser bands. It will include a micro SD card slot that supports SDHC. It will support the micro sd cards up to 8 gigs. It also has an FM transmitter so you can play your music through select FM stations or you can connect it to your radio via the 3.5mm stereo headphone jack located on the left side of the unit. If that's not enough, you can add on a remote mounted 3.5" LCD display and a rear backup camera to assist you in parking!!!!!! What breakthrough technology, first the 9500i with GPS and now this. That will they think of next?

Great! now u can program the junk on your windshield to play discrete songs for the many many bands of radar and laser it claims to detect. Any word on pricing? I've seen the latest crapra at best buy and circuit city sitting next to top of the line belscorts asking for $400.

You know - why can't they just make a detector that DETECTS. I don't buy a TV to cook eggs on, I don't buy a radio to play DVD's on, I don't buy a car to sleep on...

Spend all that money and research and make the tinng detect radar and laser like it's supposed to?
