+/- 100 MHZ is the typical range stated by the manufacturers for Ka band.........so 33.900 is right at the fringe. However, it could drift a bit more without any real adverse effects to the Radar with the exception of possibly reducing it's range.
Be advised that the readouts on our detectors are not 100% accurate and that with three different detectors you would probably read 3 different frequencies. They put us in the ballpark and close enough for our purposes, but are not exact.
