Default Forum Brand x in Max WAR MODE

Very interesting reads over there. Reminds me of a Combat flight Sim game release where everyone was crowing how wonderful it would be and the product was released just a bit "half baked" shall we say.

I myself looking at a few released videos am pretty impressed so far.

of course I'm pretty easy to please.

but when you make a lot of promises to a lot of people not as easily pleased as I am there is going to be TROUBLE !

I've got one (physically in my hands, not on order) & I love it. It's kind of funny at times, because it will alert to a K or Ka & you keep driving thinking "well were the hell is the LEO?" & a few minutes later you finally see them. LOL! Just like the RedLine & STi Magnum the Max has ridiculous range!

There is only 1 thing that I wish they had done with the Max & that is make stealth like the RedLine, STi Magnum, 9500ci & STiR Plus. I am wondering if the reason they didn't is due to the GPS functionality. If you notice the RedLine & STi Magnum do not have GPS filtering / location based technology & they are stealth. Yet you get a GPS enabled detector & it is not stealth. I don't know that for sure, but deductive logic would dictate this to be the case.

I may be wrong, I have been before...once.
