whistler vs escort

I bought a new whistler cr90 and an escort 8500x50 black from escort. I must say,what is all the hype about escort. Cr90 is within seconds and sometimes beats it on ka. It does beat the cr90 on k, but not that much. Just my 2 're runningdetectors we're running separately, and I had cruise control on on a stationary radar source.

The products from Whistler are my detectors of choice for new entry model users and the performance is close to the 8500x50 in several respects. One thing however to take in consideration in the I/O response too.

Good points, Roy.

The I/O responsiveness on the top of the line Whistlers are very very good. Plus laser reception I have found is strong.

The CR90 would offer higher levels of filtering to the K-band lane departure systems. It's a more contemporary detector for today's times.
