How the hell did they measure your speed through the parked car? At the frequency you mentioned it cant possibly be a multanova. It is just way too high. Perhaps it was another type of radar? Maybe there was another radar hidden inside the parked car and that the radar you saw was just a decoy?

No way! That was multanova, 100%! I don't know if they measured my speed, I just made 3 passes, without stopping, but I will find it again, pass, return and stop for a chat with cops.

Will post as soon as I do that! Sun came out togeather with cops!

Um that doesn't sound like an out-of-tune Multanova 6F on normal 34.3Ghz... that sounds like maybe a different radar, or perhaps Multanova Company have released a new one.

I have never seen one SO massively far from 34.3Ghz.. at most 34.200Ghz.

Did you find any others that the Bel550 warned or the Bel975 warned only?

Dude, i'm almost certain it is not a multanova. Unless it is some new model. How can a multanova go from 34.36 all the wy up to 34.8 ghz?

and i really dont get how they could get your speed with the other car in the way???

Tonight I saw another one at 34.927GHz, passed it three times and then stopped for a chat with cops.
It is multanova at 34.9. They bought new ones recently. The cop just smiled at me and said that it is a beauty and that they are very happy with the new baby!

Oh my god..... so Multanova has come out with a new radar that functions on 34.9 ghz???

If that's the case........ all presesnt narrowband detectors will be obsolete.

What u gonna do? That means you'll have to run your 550 on wideband, but it wont have enough detection time to save you.

Are you really 1000000% sure it was a multanova?

It looks just like 6F but it seems that it is tuned at a new freq. for Croatia. This is the first time I hear about this type of radar working at this frequency!

Both will warn if you use SuperWide Ka band instead of specific narrow frequencies, but it will warn you 70-100m before, not like with 34.3 where you got it some 300-400m...

Ok, this is what I am gonna do. Will take my digital camera in the car and as soon as I find it again, will make a few photos so you can see them. OK?

I agree on that 100% Now we have a problem! Will try to put 975R's antena verticaly and use SuperWideKa on it and see detection range!
On 550 detection range is realy poor!
