    did u fluctuate the antenna north and south so if u were looking from in front of the car it would be like a staight line..did u do that and/or target it

    yeah, i stood off to the side enough so that there was no vehicle part behind it and i had someone wave the antenna back and forth, front to back facing towards me to try and "simulate" movement towards me.

    it wouldn't give a speed. it just gave the distance and a "0" for the speed.

    i tried some different angles and left to right, etc.. and never got a speed reading.
    seeing as a vehicle is so big, the antenna isn't large enough to affect any kind of reading.

    even when i went to the same side with the pillar behind it, i was usually getting the distance of the pillar when it was shaking. i had to be real precise to get it when it was still, but once it was moving it took a bit of doing to even lock onto the distance.


    I would say this myth is busted.

    hmm.. sounds like a jammer..we sohould cover our cars in antennas..the ultimate legal jammer
