Photo-jammer installation help required

Ok, I purchased a Photo-blocker from the guys at TIGER LILLY for the rear license plate. Am keen to see this flasher unit up & working after I install it above the plate.

I have a question for those that have bought one already. Unfortunately I wasn't privilaged enough to get a wiring diagram from the TIGER LILLY people so now have a need to check her from others that already have one.

The charger unit has 3-wires.

Black......... GND
Green........ ??
White......... ??

Can someone fill in the blanks for me plesae.
