    Default E 3.863

i was at work and had to put v1 in glove box and after 7 hrs of parking the car in not so hot temp 82 deg parking lot, i plugged it in and i got E beep.... had to turn it off and back to normal again.

what causes E? i thought this was taken care of in 3.863??

You have to send it in to VR my friend. I wouldnt ride around with a V1 that was showing the 'e' error, or that has in the past.

-It has seemed that the E issue was all but gone, so this may not be a great thing if its true.

Go do some k band testing. See if it still "appears" to function normally.

I would recommend sending it in though. Having a detector that might not be 100% is not a good idea if you put great faith in your detector.

Is the E any different than a service required message on an escort model? If every escort owner sent there X50 in every time it had a service required message, I would by stock in UPS.
