It is true that more often than not NJSP use I/O over constant. However, I think the troopers position themselves at point where they are at a disadvantage. Most troopers place themselves in the median to where they can't "see" the oncoming traffic. They usually will blast the first car that comes into view regardless of speed. (That's why it is never a good idea to be the rabbit.) Most of the time a trooper in the median will give him'herself away by doing it this way. Of course you always have that one fool driving 80-90mph thats want to be in the lead!!!

I'll agree. NJ is a tough state, the troopers are VERY good.
