I order my V1 and concealed display and payed extra money for overnight shipping and now FedEx says they had a problem and will not arrive on time....I know its not Valentine's fault but it sucks that I paid extra for a service and didn't get it!!!

FedEx will reimburse VR if they complain, so talk to VR and tell them you want a refund.
I am sure they will try to fix it.
well i work for ups and when a package doesnt arrive on time its considered a service failure and if you call them up you get your money back so try callin fedex up and get your money back.
Ditto that, my ex works for UPS and they refund service failures.

In that case it really sucks...
Then again, there are so many things that can go wrong, I'm sometimes amazed how they actually do these overnight shipments...
VR should be able to get a refund for the shipping from Fedex, so you should be able to get one from them.
That being said, Fedex SUCKS when it comes to claims. UPS was always smooth as butter. They stand a lot stronger behind their service than Fedex.
.....complain, all they could say is "nope".......
