    Default J Out'd RD in front of me being picked up from behind?

    I had an encounter with a very leaky RD. I saw a Cobra powered on in the car in front of me. However, it says it was coming from behind. I looked around and couldn't find another car with a powered on RD. Here's a video of my encounter. Anyone know why it would come from behind and not forward?
