I thought about that, but you wouldn't think they'd be that careless. Obviously it happens I just thought there might be a technique that I wasn't aware of. Like I said, I'll take the extra warning every time.

LEOs are human beings too (despite what you may think of them at times ) and they make mistakes like the rest of us. I reckon you met one there .

Lucky he left is dashboard radar on. NY State Troopers are (usually) smart enough to shut it off. I've never encountered a LEO running laser with a radar left turned on.
