    Nice.
There's nothing like the complete awareness a V-1 provides during a multiple-signal-on-the-same-band encounter. You KNOW there's still danger ahead, even as you pass weakening signals
    Less wondering = More confidence

In the first encounter, did you get ANY lidar alert ?

Once I got closer I received 2 separate laser alerts from them hitting either me or the car in front of me.

I got my V1 yesterday. I had to run to the store at around 12:30am. I hadnt hard-wired my detector yet but figured id test it out and just plug it into the cigarette lighter. Its my first V1 and ive read that when you have multiple bogey pay a little more attention to it. Anyways. My detector popped up with 2 bogeys, the arrow pointing up and signal strength was getting stronger. I didnt pay attention to what band it was. As i passed the 2 cars parked in the dark the arrows went to the side then back.

I was soooo excited that my V1 had given me enough time to slow down a bit.

    Love my V1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Enough time", eh? This morning my V1 gave me 2.5 miles warning against one of the PSP Troop T's (Turnpike Police) ancient Kustom guns mounted above the left rear window. He had someone pulled over and left it on.

My RX-65 "only" managed about a mile and a half in the same scenario. Those things are powerful enough to cause cancer.

The best part is that because of the arrows I didn't just assume the source was a sketchily positioned mini van parked on an access road that I passed. I saw the bastards were using a black VW Jetta last week, so it wasn't out of the question.
