First of all PO BOXes are at the Post office, you'd want a Private Mail Box PMB in the US that will be willing to accept your package and re-ship it. Freight-forward/Courier service is a shipper that will send international. Basically V1 is saying they're only going to pay flat rate shipping they have through UPS/FEDEX to send anywhere in the US. All you need is a remailer service like Scottsdale Remail | Discreet and Private Anonymous Remailing, Mail Forwarding, Mail Drop, Email, SMS and more to get the package sent to Scottsdale, AZ and remailed to you

I don't think it will be worth sending your v1 to Valentine. First of all if they do get you up and running, how will they support your product in the future if you can't get it mailed back to now? The cost to do something like this would IMO is expensive.

Just buy a product that can be shipped to you or one that you can buy local.

Check here on this forum for a vender that will help you get something that will work for you.
