V1 ordered!!!

Pulled the trigger on the V1 purchase last night. Can't wait to get it and try it out! I've been doing as much studying on this site as I can the past few days. I'm sure I'll be throwing some questions you guys way when it gets here!

I'm not sure, I'll have to go back and check the receipt that I printed. I would be shocked if I got it before X-mas! We shall call it my.........New Year's present!

A lot of people complain about the V1 being too sensitive but once you learn how to read what it is telling you it isn't an issue. I would rather have all the information and make my own decisions than leave a detector to decide for me.

I fully agree. I love having it along with my Sti-R. I would rather have too sensitive versus a ticket.

Congrats! Oh, and DON'T CUT THE CORD UNTIL YOU'RE SURE YOU'LL KEEP IT!! They have a 30 day return policy. You will not be so happy to see all you have been missing when you get a ton of falses, so tweak it before using it. Mute K for 30 seconds, switch to little l or big L instead of A, set to POP off, and if you really want to be happy, get the Cheetah C100 or mirror along with the RD interface for the V1.
