hahaha i dont even think it was scatter... i think he let me go because i slowed down hahaha! there were only 2 cars, and i was noticably going much faster than the car ahead of me. if he was paying attention, he would have seen that i was approaching much faster and laser'd me first... but it could have been scatter too.
the reason why i think it wasnt scatter was cuz the first alert i got lasted pretty long, from 95 mph down until about 70... then he hit me again when i was going 62ish.
yeah i got really lucky

No. I dont think he "let" you go because you slowed down. Cops I know will for sure pull ya over because they KNOW you have a detector. You just got very lucky with V-1 picking up scatter. Very lucky because doing that much over is a lot of points and hefty fines.
