V1 Upgrade Turnaround Time?

Just wondering what the turnaround time usually is, and if you guys get any notification, or tracking number, or ANYTHING that tells you they received it, are working on it, and will send it out soon.

I'm asking because my tracking number puts the unit there on Monday, and I have no notification at all from V1. No confirmation of ever getting the V1, no "we are in the process of upgrading your V1, thanks!" or, here's your tracking number 1Z05934959384, thank you for shopping at V1!

Just wondering if they even do that or you just find a UPS package in front of your door one day. Thanks guys, just a little skeptical because I'm already pissed off about the whole CL thing and then if they jacked my MO or something..

When I tuned mine up I didn't get any notice but got it back within 5 business days

they might be holding on to it depending on what they want to do in a few weeks. I would call and see whats cooking there.
