Congrats! let us know how you like it and don't do like some people done in the past. They get there new V1 and hear the chatty and they want to send it back but just get to know it and once you do that it will be your best friend.

They can be quite chatty. If you find that it does become to chatty, just disable X band(Just make sure X band is not used in your area) , and enable 30 seconds of K band automute.

How to Reprogram V1 Radar Detector

My drive to work everyday is pretty heavily polluted with K band, I just run mine in logic mode with 30 seconds of mute, and mine is quiet as can be! You will love your V1!

What does the 30 seconds of mute do? Won't that just keep it quiet as you get closer to the source even if a LEO which is bad?
